As Customer Acquisition Manager at Ecomlabs you will own a broad set of responsibilities related to paid and unpaid channels for client and partner websites.

Manage the day-to-day execution and optimization of our paid media
Inform and lead customer acquisition strategy for agency clients
Continually test new channels, audiences, tactics, bidding strategies, targeting options, imagery, copy
Collaborate with external partners as well as internal teams
Compile industry research, competitive landscape information, digital developments, new tools and incorporate into ongoing channel management
Conduct ongoing analysis to identify new opportunities
Strong written communication skills in English and French
Organized “doer” with an action-oriented mindset to take on tasks no matter how big or small
Ability to clearly structure work and communicate progress
Intensely data driven with persistent desire to analyze and improve performance
Critical thinker who can dive multiple levels deep
Autonomous and confident, and thrive in an unstructured environment
Interest or experience in ecommerce and online communications a plus
Comfort using web-based tools like Google Apps (Drive, Docs, Sheets), Slack, etc.
